REFUND POLICY

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're welcome to do so within 14 days. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges.
Please note if it has been over 14 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return. To refund a product, it has to be either faulty or broken when received. If they are damaged when received, please send us a picture of the item to ChrisLongHelps@gmail.com
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We have many warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the country of your order.
Shipping times do tend to vary depending on how fast the order is processed.
Our products are shipped to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand.
We do not ship to the following countries:
- North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran
Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days. Contact our customer support team for tracking updates. Estimated Delivery is 15-30 days. We do our best to get you your Items as fast as possible!
Next Day Shipping Policy:
Purchasing Next Day Shipping checkout will entitle you to get your order shipped before all others. Shipping times still may vary, but your order will be dispatched first!
